Building an Agricultural Machinery Distribution Network in the Spanish Market

Comprehensive international expansion support for Jaskot Group, one of Poland’s largest distributors and importers of agricultural machinery, focused on building a network of commercial partners and developing effective sales channels in Spain.

Following its successful expansion across several European markets, Jaskot Group decided to enter the Spanish market. To reduce investment risk and accelerate the market entry process, the company entrusted Tedalian with the implementation of the project.

We began with an in-depth analysis of the Spanish agricultural machinery market and an assessment of the sales potential of individual product categories. Based on the findings, we developed a targeted partner acquisition strategy and created a database of importers, dealers and distributors whose business profiles and sales capabilities were aligned with the client’s commercial objectives.

From more than 120 identified companies, we conducted a multi-stage qualification process and selected 56 of the most promising potential business partners. We engaged directly with the shortlisted companies, presented Jaskot Group’s product portfolio and organised individual business meetings with the participation of the client’s representatives.

Tedalian provided hands-on support throughout the entire sales development process — from initial commercial contact and product presentations to the preparation of proposals, negotiation of cooperation terms, coordination of the first orders and onboarding of new partners into the distribution network.

Upon completion of the project, the client received a fully developed network of verified business contacts and established commercial relationships. These relationships were seamlessly transferred to Jaskot Group’s internal sales team, which continues to manage and develop them independently in the Spanish market.

Project Outcomes

The project demonstrated the effectiveness of Tedalian’s approach to building international sales channels. By combining in-depth local market knowledge, targeted sales prospecting and hands-on commercial support, Tedalian enabled the client to enter the Spanish market efficiently and with reduced risk, while establishing a solid foundation for long-term growth in one of Europe’s key agricultural markets.
