Webinar “Exporting to Spanish-Speaking Markets – An Opportunity for Business Growth” for Members of the Greater Poland Chamber of Industry and Commerce

Tedalian Enterprise Services was invited by the Greater Poland Chamber of Industry and Commerce to deliver an expert webinar focused on export development opportunities across Spanish-speaking markets. The training was designed for companies planning to internationalise their operations and seeking new opportunities for sales growth beyond their domestic market.

The objective of the webinar was to present Spain not only as an attractive export destination, but also as a strategic gateway for expansion into other Spanish-speaking markets, particularly Latin America. Tedalian’s experts discussed the economic potential of Spain and Latin American countries, analysing market size, growth dynamics, levels of economic development and business opportunities for Polish companies operating in the industrial, food, technology and service sectors. Participants were also introduced to the key factors involved in selecting the right export markets and developing an effective internationalisation strategy.

A significant part of the webinar focused on e-commerce and digital sales development. The presentation covered the evolution of e-commerce in Spain and Latin America, consumer behaviour, expectations regarding logistics, return policies and the overall online shopping experience. The role of marketplaces, User Experience (UX) in e-commerce design, content marketing and strategies for improving sales conversion across Spanish-speaking markets were also discussed. Particular attention was given to adapting marketing communication to local consumer preferences and building brand credibility in the digital environment.

Another key area addressed during the training was the development of business partner and distribution networks. Tedalian’s experts presented practical methods for identifying importers, distributors and B2B customers, building targeted prospect databases, conducting commercial prospecting, qualifying sales leads and organising business meetings. Participants were also introduced to different models of cooperation with local partners and the role of outsourced sales and Business Development activities during the initial stages of entering a new market.

The webinar also covered the different options available for establishing a business presence in Spain. The presentation compared direct exporting, establishing a permanent business presence and setting up a local subsidiary, considering the legal, tax and organisational implications of each model, as well as their impact on sales development and the scalability of international operations. This enabled participants to better assess which market-entry structure would be most appropriate for their business objectives, resources and long-term growth plans.

An integral part of the presentation consisted of case studies based on projects delivered by Tedalian. These included examples of distribution network development for Polish manufacturers, targeted B2B prospecting projects, organisation of commercial meetings and hands-on sales development support in Spain and Latin America. These practical examples demonstrated how an internationalisation project can progress from initial market analysis and partner identification through to commercial negotiations and the launch of regular export sales.
