Organisation of a Business Mission and B2G/B2B Meetings for Local Authorities from Western Małopolska
Comprehensive organisation of a business mission to Spain for representatives of local authorities from Western Małopolska, aimed at establishing cooperation with the Spanish private sector and facilitating the exchange of experience in the implementation of innovative development projects.
Representatives of local government authorities from the Małopolska Region visited Spain as part of a programme focused on the exchange of knowledge and best practices in urban development, digital transformation and the implementation of investment projects co-financed by the European Union. The mission took place at a time when local authorities were actively preparing projects aligned with the objectives of the 2030 Agenda and NextGenerationEU, supporting economic transformation, digitalisation and sustainable development across EU Member States.
Tedalian was responsible for the comprehensive preparation and coordination of a programme of working meetings with representatives of Spanish and international businesses. Companies from a broad range of sectors were invited to participate, including infrastructure, construction, environmental services, engineering, new technologies, property management and smart city solutions.
As part of the mission, Tedalian organised meetings with established companies and organisations, including FCC, TYPSA, Arrabe Integra, Dron Hopper, Bike-in Factory and Broadway Malyan, as well as representatives of Lysander and Nexus & Integra.
The meetings focused on areas such as Smart City development, the circular economy, advanced waste management systems, e-mobility, energy transition and public-private partnership (PPP) models. The programme facilitated direct knowledge exchange between representatives of the public and private sectors and helped identify potential areas for future investment cooperation.
