Distribution Network Development and Market Entry Support for a Spanish Olive Oil Producer in Poland
Comprehensive support for the expansion of a Spanish olive oil producer into the Polish market through market analysis, identification of sales channels and the development of relationships with key business partners.
The client, a well-established Spanish producer of olive oil and organic food products, decided to expand into the Polish market, recognising the growing sales potential of premium products and the steady increase in demand for high-quality vegetable oils.
To ensure an effective market entry, Tedalian was selected as the partner responsible for developing a comprehensive commercial strategy and building the appropriate distribution channels.
The project began with an in-depth analysis of the Polish olive oil market, including an assessment of import structure, price levels, quality segments and the competitive positioning of brands already present in the market. In parallel, we identified the most promising sales channels, including premium food distributors, retail chains, health food stores, the HoReCa sector and specialised e-commerce platforms.
Based on the findings, we developed a targeted database of potential business partners and launched a multi-stage sales prospecting process. Tedalian was responsible for establishing direct contact with key decision-makers in purchasing and category management, presenting the client’s product portfolio, coordinating the distribution of product samples and facilitating the exchange of technical and commercial documentation.
Our team also actively supported communication between the producer and potential buyers, coordinating requests for quotations and preparing the ground for commercial negotiations and future cooperation.
