Distribution Network Development in Poland for an Agricultural Biotechnology Producer
Comprehensive market expansion support for a Spanish manufacturer of biostimulants and speciality fertilisers, including the identification of business partners, implementation of a targeted sales prospecting process and organisation of business meetings with key distributors in Poland.
Inagroup Biotech is a Spanish company specialising in the development, production and commercialisation of innovative solutions for modern agriculture. Since 2000, the company has consistently developed technologies supporting sustainable agricultural production, establishing a strong position in environmentally responsible products and solutions aligned with the Zero Residue (Residue Free) concept. Its portfolio includes a broad range of biostimulants, speciality fertilisers and products for both conventional and organic farming, designed for different crops, soil conditions and climatic environments.
As part of its planned expansion into Poland, Inagroup Biotech entrusted Tedalian with a comprehensive sales development and distribution network building project. The objective was to identify and engage partners with the appropriate technical expertise, established sales networks and proven experience in distributing specialised products for the agricultural sector.
The project began with an in-depth analysis of the Polish market for speciality fertilisers, biostimulants and biological agricultural products. Based on this analysis, we developed a targeted database of potential partners comprising leading distributors of agricultural inputs, importers and companies specialising in supplying and supporting modern agricultural businesses.
The next stage involved a multi-month sales prospecting campaign focused on direct engagement with decision-makers responsible for product portfolio development, purchasing and sales. Tedalian presented the client’s offering, provided technical and commercial materials, coordinated the exchange of information and qualified prospective partners based on their sales potential and alignment with the client’s market expansion strategy.
The process resulted in the identification of the most promising potential partners, with whom online meetings were organised to provide an in-depth presentation of Inagroup Biotech’s technologies and discuss potential cooperation models. The next stage of the project involved organising a series of individual business visits in Poland. Representatives of Inagroup Biotech met directly with selected distributors at their premises and held advanced commercial discussions regarding the development of future cooperation.
Tedalian was responsible for preparing the meeting schedule, coordinating the logistics of the entire business mission, supporting business communication and actively participating in negotiations between the parties.
