Building a Distribution Network in Poland for a Fire Protection Systems Manufacturer

Comprehensive market expansion support for Spanish fire protection systems manufacturer EACI, focused on identifying business partners, developing a distribution network and organising business meetings in the Polish market.

The client, a Spanish manufacturer of advanced fire protection systems, decided to enter the Polish market following its successful expansion into Italy, France and Germany. The objective of the project was to establish a stable distribution network based on cooperation with an exclusive commercial partner and to successfully introduce the company’s product portfolio into one of the largest markets in Central and Eastern Europe.

To implement this strategy, Tedalian was entrusted with managing a comprehensive market development process covering the analysis of potential sales channels, identification of suitable business partners, active sales prospecting and the organisation of meetings with companies interested in cooperation.

The project began with the development of a targeted database of potential partners, including distributors of fire protection systems, manufacturers and suppliers of fire safety equipment, importers, specialised wholesalers and installation companies operating throughout Poland. We then conducted a multi-stage qualification process, assessing companies based on their sales potential, industry experience and alignment with the client’s long-term market development strategy.

Tedalian was responsible for establishing direct contact with key decision-makers, presenting the client’s product portfolio, providing technical and commercial materials and conducting targeted prospecting activities to identify the most promising potential partners. In parallel, we coordinated communication between the parties and managed the preparation of business meetings.

The key stage of the project involved the organisation and coordination of commercial meetings between the Spanish manufacturer and selected Polish companies. The discussions focused on the proposed cooperation model, commercial terms, sales development potential and opportunities for establishing a long-term partnership in the Polish market.

Project Outcomes

The project demonstrated Tedalian’s expertise in supporting industrial manufacturers with international expansion and the development of B2B sales channels. By combining in-depth local market knowledge, targeted sales prospecting and hands-on commercial support, Tedalian provided the client with direct access to carefully selected business partners and established a solid foundation for sustainable, long-term growth in the Polish market.
